About the Workshop:

The “21 Days Of Meditation” workshop is a 30mins regular meditation practice to help improve over all mental and emotional health by connecting with the inner-self.

As humans we are constantly doing so much and it becomes equally important for us to regularly pause, master the art of being, meet our inner self and replenish inside out.

Regular meditation promotes mental & emotional well-being and experience peace, calm & happiness from within while teaching to handle the stressful situations in life better. Meditation allows us to explore the power of silence and stillness to access our inner strength.

Let us invest in mental and emotional wellbeing and experience transformation in everyday life from within.

Meditation is a powerful tool to include in our everyday life. I wish that each one of you will make space for it and experience the joy it brings about. I am looking forwards to practice with you.

Her biggest asset in teaching Yoga is her ability to breakdown ‘Yogasanas, Pranayama and Meditation’ practices in simple and clear manner, so that it can be accessible to all the students who practice with her, no matter at which level of practice they are at. Ramya's teachings will include a combination of. strength-based, mobility, flexibility, breathing practices, mindfulness practices and mind-body relaxation to allow one to experience the holistic benefits of yoga and its practices.
