Ramya is an Internationally Certified Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher and has students base around the world, specially in USA, Europe and Asia. She specializes in teaching Hata Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga, Prananyama and Meditation. Her biggest asset in teaching Yoga is her ability to breakdown ‘Yogasanas, Pranayama and Meditation’ practices in simple and clear manner, so that it can be accessible to all the students who practice with her, no matter at which level of practice they are at. Ramya's teachings will include a combination of. strength-based, mobility, flexibility, breathing practices, mindfulness practices and mind-body relaxation to allow one to experience the holistic benefits of yoga and its practices.
